Mesa Temple Christmas Lights

Last Saturday we went out to dinner and headed over to the Mesa Temple to see the Christmas lights. It was really quite cool and definately different. The orange trees still have oranges on them but that doesn't stop them from covering them with lights. Also the palm trees looked pretty cool covered in lights. The best part about the whole thing was that people were walking around in tee shirts and jeans. Talmage loved it so much that he wouldn't stop crying when we had to leave.

Isn't it strange looking at Christmas lights without heavy coats, hats and gloves?! Even though there aren't as many lights here as SLC Temple, I still love the Mesa Temple's lights. What a fun Christmas activity!

I love it I spent Christmas in Maui in 2006 and it was just like that. You kind of miss the snow but nothing beats having it warm while you walk around. Jeff, what's with the facial hair, you just really trying to look like Santa for Talmage? Are you guys going home for Christmas? We go home this week and are getting together with T and Whit!

Chelsi,
You have out done yourself as usual with your tree. It is soooo beautiful!
Hey, when you get a chance, will you email me your favorite pic of Talmage with Santa?
Check my blog for details.

See you soon!
